Noncommittal Nancy: Pelosi Makes COMPLETELY Evasive Comments On Biden's 2024 Decision

In a recent interview, former House Speaker Nancy Pelosi remained ambiguous about President Biden's potential candidacy, stating that the clock is ticking on the selection of a Democratic nominee.

Pelosi, a Democrat from California, expressed her views on MSNBC's "Morning Joe," where she lauded the president's "spectacular" performance at the NATO summit in Washington, D.C.

According to The New York Post, Pelosi stated, "Its up to the president to decide if he is going to run." She continued, "Were all encouraging him to make that decision because time is running short. Its not for me to say, Im not the head of the caucus anymore, but hes beloved, he is respected, and people want him to make that decision."

Earlier this week, Biden had already made his intentions clear by sending a decisive letter to lawmakers, asserting that he was "firmly committed" to the 2024 race. However, when MSNBC co-host Jonathan Lemire highlighted this to Pelosi, she responded, "I want him to do whatever he decides to do."

Pelosi further stated, "Whatever he decides, we go with." She then shifted the conversation, advising, "And Ive said to everyone, lets just hold off whatever youre thinking. Either tell somebody privately, but you dont have to put that out on the table until we see how we go this week. But Im very proud of the President."

On Tuesday morning, House Democrats convened in a private caucus meeting at the Democratic National Committee headquarters to deliberate on their party leader's future. Senior lawmakers emerged hours later, expressing their support for Biden. However, seven Democratic members of Congress have publicly opposed the oldest-ever President, urging their party to reconsider before potentially facing a disastrous electoral outcome in November.
