In a recent rally for President Donald Trump held in Wildwood, New Jersey, NFL legends Lawrence Taylor and Ottis Anderson made notable appearances.
Taylor, a former Democrat, expressed his strong support for Trump, stating, "I grew up a Democrat and Ive always been a Democrat until I met this man right here." His declaration was met with applause from the crowd, and he further emphasized that his family would no longer vote for Democrats.
Anderson, who followed Taylor, remarked on the unwavering attendance at the event, noting that not a single person had left since the rally began. The event drew an impressive crowd of approximately 100,000 attendees, setting a new record for the town.
President Trump addressed several national issues during the rally. He criticized President Joe Biden's handling of the Israel-Hamas conflict and the presence of Gaza camps on college campuses, saying, "Crooked Joe surrendered to the terrorists just like he surrendered to the Taliban. And now, hes surrendering our college campuses to anarchists, jihadists, freaks, and anti-American extremists."
Trump also linked these issues to the current state of the economy under the Biden administration, which he claimed has set the "economy on fire."
In relation to the ongoing case of falsified business records in New York, Trump targeted New York DA Alvin Bragg and Biden, labeling the case a "show trial." He stated, "I'm being forced to endure a Biden show trial, all done by Biden. Carried out by radical Democrat District Attorneyyou know he is? Fat Alvin. Corrupt guy."
Trump concluded his speech by discussing crime rates in New York and alleged corruption involving Judge Juan Merchan, who is presiding over the case.
