EXPLOSIVE Allegations Against Fani Willis Emerge In Trump's Georgia Election Fraud Case

In a recent development in the Georgia election fraud case involving former President Donald Trump, a defendant has filed a motion alleging inappropriate conduct by Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis.

The defendant, Michael Roman, claims that Willis had a romantic relationship with one of the prosecutors she hired, Nathan Wade. Furthermore, it is alleged that Wade had meetings with President Joe Biden's White House Counsel prior to indicting Trump, who is currently Biden's leading presidential opponent.

Roman's attorney, Ashleigh Merchant, contends in the filing that Willis and Wade "have been engaged in an improper, clandestine personal relationship during the pendency of this case." Merchant further alleges that this relationship has resulted in significant financial gain for both the special prosecutor and the district attorney, at taxpayers' expense.

However, the filing does not include any concrete evidence to support these allegations. It merely states that "sources close to both the special prosecutor and the district attorney have confirmed they had an ongoing, personal relationship."

Wade was appointed as a special prosecutor on November 1, 2021, and filed for divorce the following day. Willis, for her part, is also divorced. According to the Atlanta Journal-Constitution, Wade has received nearly $654,000 in compensation for his services since January 2022, a sum authorized by Willis.

The motion further alleges that Wade used the account into which his compensation was deposited to fund trips for himself and Willis to Napa Valley, Florida, and the Caribbean. However, no evidence was provided to substantiate these claims.

Despite the lack of documented proof, Merchant maintains that the motion was filed after "considerable forethought, research or investigation." In response to the allegations, a spokesperson for Willis stated that her office will respond "through appropriate court filings."

In another twist, recently disclosed documents reveal that Wade met with Biden's White House Counsel on May 23 and Nov. 18, 2022, before the indictment of Trump, who is currently leading in the GOP presidential nomination primary.

Roman, the director of Election Day operations for Trump's campaign, is one of the 19 people indicted by Willis in connection with alleged attempts to interfere with the 2020 election results. As reported by the Tyee, Roman faces seven felony counts, including violation of the RICO act, two counts of conspiracy to commit forgery in the first degree, and conspiracy to impersonate a public officer.
