WATCH: Don Lemon Is NOT Happy That CNN Aired This...

Don Lemon is not pleased with a recent video clip shared on his network (CNN).

Fox News reports that a guest on the HBO show Real Time with Bill Maher took swipes at Don Lemon during a recent appearance on the show. Interestingly, CNN recently announced that it would begin to air the Q&A segments from Mahers show on Friday nights in the hopes of juicing some of their viewership numbers.

Despite this, it might have been a mistake for CNN to make this decision because this meant that they recently aired a clip that was critical of their host, Don Lemon.

In the clip, MSNBC host Ari Melber argued that both Joe Biden and Donald Trump had the right to run for President. This is being called into question by some because Nikki Haley recently announced that she would like to introduce a mandatory mental competency test for any candidate over 75 who might want to run for President.

In that same clip, ABC News contributor Sarah Isgur took a shot at Don Lemon by saying: As Don Lemon told us on CNN, women actually cant run for president because he said were past our prime once we get to our 40s. But since you have to be 35 to run, its like this really tiny window between 35 and 40,. This comment drew a chorus of laughter from the audience at Mahers show.

Maher grinned awkwardly and then moved on to the next thing. He may have been aware that this might not play well over at CNN.

Lemon made comments about Haley being 51 years old and said the following: Im just saying what the facts are. Google it. Everybody at home, when is a woman in her prime, it says 20s, 30s and 40s, and he continued: And Im just saying Nikki Haley should be careful about saying that politicians are not in their prime, and they need to be in their prime when they serve. Because she wouldnt be in her prime according to Google or whatever it is.

He appears to have stuck his foot in his mouth, as many women and others took offense to his remarks. He seemed to be so eager to defend President Biden against the idea that he might not be mentally competent to continue to serve as President.
