At Thursday's hearing of the House's Select Subcommittee on Political Weaponization, Sen. Chuck Grassley (R-IA) declared that whistleblower reports infer that the FBI has information that President Biden is aware of the family business schemes despite the Presidents denouncing such rumors.
On seven occasions, Joe Biden and his team have asserted that he had no involvement in any family business undertakings.
In 2019, Biden declared that he had never talked to his son about his overseas business involvements. He continued by asserting that Trump deserves to be examined.
However, Sen. Grassley communicated during the first hearing of the Select Subcommittee on the Weaponization of the Federal Government that the whistleblower testimony makes clear the FBI has within its possession very significant, impactful, and voluminous evidence with respect to potential criminal conduct by Hunter and James Biden.
These disclosures also allege that Joe Biden was aware of Hunter Bidens business arrangements and may have been involved in some of them, Grassley continued.
The reason why the FBI has not taken action with regard to the claimed proof is not known.
The FBI has acquired Hunter Biden's so-called "Laptop from Hell," a situation that has prompted many to label the Biden family the "Biden Crime Family." This is evidenced by the over 26,000 emails provided by Biden's flipped business partner Tony Bobulinski.
In April 2014, Hunter joined the board of Burisma and was paid $83,000 each month, although he had no prior experience in Ukraine or the energy sector. This was only two years before Joe Biden claimed he was the one who forced the prosecutor investigating Burisma to be fired. According to Peter Schweizer, a senior contributor at Breitbart News, elaborated in his book Secret Empires: How the American Political Class Hides Corruption and Enriches Family and Friends, Hunter's role was only secured after his father was declared the "point person" on U.S. foreign policy towards Ukraine.
During a 2017 meeting, Tony Bobulinski and Joe Biden, along with Hunter Biden, met about their family's business strategies for a Chinese energy venture. The agreement never went through, and Bobulinski has since handed over the details to Timothy Thibault, an ex-FBI agent, who allegedly disregarded the intelligence. Bobulinski claims that Joe Biden was set to receive ten percent of the profits.
The House Republicans have launched an inquiry into the Biden family for nine potential wrongdoings, such as tax evasion, wire fraud, and money laundering. James Comer, chairman of the Oversight Committee, has asked the Treasury Department to hand over 150 financial documents that have been alerted by American banks in order to get more detail on how the finances within the Biden family's business activities were managed.
The Treasury Department declined James Comer's request, prompting the chairman of the committee to issue a potential subpoena.
Comer has requested that Hunter Biden provide relevant documents and communications for review as part of his investigation. However, Hunter has refused to give access, contending there is "no oversight basis" for the committee's request.
