Hasan Piker May Have Handed Pete Hegseth A Lawsuit With His Latest Smear

Communist streamer Hasan Piker unleashed a profanity-laced tirade against War Secretary Pete Hegseth and Fox News, leveling accusations so extreme they may invite serious legal consequences.

According to Mediaite, Piker used a recent broadcast to smear the conservative network as a haven for sexual predators, declaring, Fox News is RapeTV, okay? Its the pro-rape network. The candidates that it puts forward and defends many of which are rapists. The hosts, some of the most prominent hosts on the network, were such prolific rapists that other women who were on the network had successfully sued them. Okay, the idea that this is all of a sudden these fucking liberal blowhards are endlessly pontificating about the dangers of sexual violence and sexual assault. Theyre one step removed from starting to talk about fucking rape culture.

These sweeping claims, delivered without evidence, fit a broader pattern on the left of demonizing conservative media rather than debating ideas.

Piker then escalated his rhetoric by personally targeting Hegseth, now serving as Secretary of War in the Trump administration. One of their rapist hosts is now the fucking Secretary of War Pete Hegseth who also has a Nazi tattoo on his motherfucking chest, he ranted, adding, A Nazi tattoo that actually got him dinged by the National Guard, which stopped him from participating on the inauguration security detail something he wrote about in a motherfucking book. And he was such a prolific rapist that his own mother sent him an email begging him to stop.

Continuing the attack, Piker sneered, That guy with a drinking problem, whos also now the Secretary of War that guy used to be a host on this network for years and theyre over here acting like, Wow, I cant believe it, the Democrats did this. Such statements, presented as fact, move well beyond opinion or satire into territory that legal experts would recognize as potentially defamatory.

CNNs Scott Jennings weighed in on the controversy, underscoring how reckless and actionable these kinds of accusations can be when directed at a public official. Hegseth, a longtime Fox News personality and staunch conservative, now has ample grounds to consider a defamation suit that could test whether left-wing influencers are truly untouchable or finally held to account.

Jennings is right to highlight the stakes, especially given recent history. Hegseth could potentially put Hasan Piker in the poor house for this, and conservatives will recall that Trump sued ABC over similar statements a case that did not end well for them, a reminder that even in a media environment hostile to the right, there are still legal limits to the lefts smear campaigns.
