DACA Shield Shattered: Illegal Alien Accused Of Masterminding White House UFC Freedom 250 Terror Plot

A Mexican national who entered the United States on a tourist visa and later obtained protection under Barack Obamas Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) program is now accused of masterminding a foiled terror plot targeting the White House UFC Freedom 250 event.

According to The Gateway Pundit, federal authorities allege that Abraham Hermosillo Alvarez of Omaha, Nebraska, a noncitizen who has lived in the country unlawfully for more than two decades, served as the ringleader of a conspiracy to carry out a mass-casualty attack. Court documents initially identified Alvarez only as a noncitizen, leaving his immigration status and country of origin unclear, but the Department of Homeland Security has now confirmed he is an illegal alien from Mexico who overstayed a B2 tourist visa that expired in 2001.

The conspirators allegedly planned to deploy drones armed with explosives in and around the UFC Freedom 250 event in order to force an evacuation of the event and then planned to deploy snipers to fire upon high value targets within the fleeing crowd, the Department of Justice stated. Alvarez, who allegedly used the alias Shepherd on an encrypted messaging application, was described by the FBI and DOJ as responsible for planning, organizing, and directing the planned attack, based on conversation excerpts in June.

Investigators say Alvarez used the secure chat to lay out tactical instructions for the assault, including specific positioning for shooters and drone operators. This is the best action I see. Position your teams in the purple dots (counter sniper and drones) Long range (circled area) (great shot) Easy out into the river, he allegedly posted in the conspirators group chat, according to the criminal complaint.

The complaint further alleges that Alvarez discussed constructing weaponized drones and urged an associate to manufacture as many lethal devices as possible. He is quoted as directing another conspirator to build drones that were As many and as deadly as we can get, while also providing detailed directions to a Nebraska church designated as a safe zone and pick up location, along with specific sites near the White House for drone launch points and sniper nests.

Alvarez is one of five individuals arrested earlier this month in connection with the alleged plot, which authorities say was disrupted before any attack could be carried out. He was taken into custody by the FBI on June 14, and Immigration and Customs Enforcement has since lodged a detainer against him.

The Department of Homeland Security has now publicly confirmed that Alvarez has been in the United States illegally for more than 20 years, despite having received DACA protections under the Obama administration. The alleged RINGLEADER of the failed terror attack targeting UFC Freedom 250 is an ILLEGAL ALIEN, one official statement declared, underscoring that Abraham Hermosillo Alvarez, from Mexico, planned, organized, and directed the planned attack.

Officials emphasized that Alvarez FAILED to leave the country when his B2 tourist visa expired in 2001. He was granted DACA by the Obama administration. They added, This illegal alien should NEVER have been allowed in our country and we will ensure he faces justice and is swiftly removed from our nation.

For many Americans, the case highlights the national-security risks inherent in lax border enforcement and expansive amnesty-style programs that shield long-term violators of immigration law. As President Trumps second administration continues to prioritize border security and the rule of law, the Alvarez case is likely to intensify calls for stricter vetting, the end of DACA-style protections, and a renewed focus on removing criminal aliens before they can threaten American lives, with more details expected as this developing story unfolds.
