U.
S. Sen. Rand Paul says he has already compiled the evidence necessary for criminal charges against Anthony Fauci, yet the Biden Department of Justice has refused to act.
According to WND, Paul, who has long challenged the federal COVID establishment, declared on X, I DID the work, investigated, and sent multiple CRIMINAL referrals to the DOJ. Whether he is indicted or not now is not up to Congress. It is up to the DoJ, and no one else, stressing that the statute of limitations expires today, May 11. He is now preparing to spotlight what he calls a COVID coverup at a Wednesday hearing featuring whistleblowers who are expected to detail internal efforts to suppress dissenting views on the pandemic.
The truth is coming, promised Paul, underscoring his belief that the public has been systematically misled about the origins and handling of the virus. As WND notes, Paul wrote last Wednesday on X that David Morens, Dr. Faucis top adviser, was indicted, but Fauci himself still walks free, and followed an hour later with, For years, I warned that Fauci and his inner circle buried the truth about Wuhan. Now his closest adviser has been indicted.
Morens was indicted in April for allegedly having deliberately concealed information and falsified records in an effort to suppress alternative theories regarding the origins of COVID-19. For conservatives who have long questioned the sweeping power of unelected health bureaucrats, the case reinforces concerns that political protection, not justice, is shielding Fauci from accountability.
For years, Paul has clashed with Fauci in heated Senate hearings, challenging the face of COVID over lockdowns, mandates, and what he describes as deceptive testimony to Congress. He has repeatedly reminded Fauci that lying to Congress is a felony punishable by up to five years in prison, insisting that The American people want Fauci behind bars.
