JUST IN: Joe Kent Locks In Explosive Interview On Mark Levins Radio Show

Written by Published

Former National Counterterrorism Center Director Joe Kent is now set to join conservative commentator Mark Levins nationally syndicated radio program on Monday evening, following a very public clash over scheduling on X.

According to The Gateway Pundit, the dispute erupted after Kent, who recently resigned from his post at the National Counterterrorism Center during President Trumps second term, agreed earlier in the week to appear on Levins show. Despite that, Levin continued to blast Kent online, suggesting the former intelligence official was ducking tough questions and resisting a straightforward radio interview.

Levin escalated his criticism on Saturday morning, denouncing Kent as pathetic and accusing him of misrepresenting the behind-the-scenes effort to lock in the appearance. Joe Kent, my producer cannot find your number. Hes contacted you several times via the Internet. Id like to interview you on radio about several things. You dont get to tell me where and how to conduct an interview. We dont have your number, Levin said.

Levin punctuated his frustration with a blunt dismissal of Kent and others he sees as evasive. These guys are pathetic, he wrote, before reiterating, Joe Kent, my producer cannot find your number. Hes contacted you several times via the Internet. Id like to interview you on radio about several things. You dont get to tell me where and how to conduct an interview. We dont have your number.

Levin then made clear he was interpreting Kents public posture as a refusal to engage. So Ill take your obfuscations as a no, he added, signaling that, in his view, Kent was playing games rather than agreeing to a direct, unfiltered conversation with a leading conservative voice.

Kent, for his part, had already posted a message on X insisting he was available and had not heard from Levins team. I have not heard from your team, DMs are open & I have the same cell as I did in 2024 when I was last on your show. To have an in depth conversation we should talk in person on your weekend show on Fox. What do you say? Kent wrote, suggesting a televised, in?person exchange instead of a radio-only format.

Almost simultaneously with Levins pathetic broadside, Levins producer publicly replied to Kent, stating that a direct message had been sent. Kent then acknowledged the outreach, writing, Responding to the dm I see from today, effectively undercutting the notion that Levins staff had not attempted to contact him.

Shortly thereafter, Kent confirmed he would, in fact, appear on Levins radio show and admitted he had missed the earlier direct message on X. Id think the Fox interview would be better but this will work, he said, while thanking Levins producer for following up and making the booking happen.

Levin then moved to tamp down the online drama, announcing that the details were finally set. We now have a day and time. Not sure why all the drama. Joe Kent will be interviewed on my radio show 8:05 PM eastern on Monday. See you then! he posted, framing the matter as resolved.

The upcoming interview follows Kents high-profile sit-down with Tucker Carlson, where he delivered explosive claims about the war in Iran, Israels influence over the Trump Administration, and the handling of domestic terror threats. He also raised questions about the Charlie Kirk assassination and the attempted Trump assassination in Butler, Pennsylvania, describing bizarre circumstances surrounding both the would-be Trump assassin and the Charlie Kirk assassin, along with the institutional resistance he says he encountered at the National Counterterrorism Center while trying to investigate those cases.
