Hunter Bidens Stone-Hearted 'Baby Mama' Legal Defense Sparks Explosive Backlash

Hunter Biden is facing renewed legal and moral scrutiny after his childs mother moved to have him jailed for allegedly ignoring court-ordered obligations to his young daughter.

According to the Gateway Pundit, Lunden Roberts, the Arkansas mother of 7-year-old Navy Joan Roberts, recently petitioned an Arkansas judge to incarcerate Hunter Biden until he complies with a 2023 child support agreement. Roberts, a former Washington, D.C., stripper, has long accused Hunter of abandoning their daughter, stating that he has ghosted Navy Joan and failed to provide the emotional and financial support ordered by the court.

The case has drawn attention not only because of Hunters conduct, but also because President Joe Biden spent years refusing to acknowledge his granddaughter, a stance that deeply troubled many Americans who value family responsibility. In 2023, Roberts agreed to reduce Hunter Bidens monthly child support from $20,000 to $5,000, a substantial concession that was supposed to bring stability for the child and closure to the dispute.

As part of that settlement, Hunter Biden was expected to meet his daughter and maintain regular support payments, basic expectations for any father, let alone the son of a sitting President who claims to champion decency. In last weeks filing, Roberts told the court that Hunter has failed to pay the agreed $5,000 per month and still has not met Navy Joan, a refusal she says is causing the child emotional distress.

This week, Hunter Biden responded with a strikingly cold legal filing, insisting it does not matter that he has ghosted his daughter because he never agreed to be part of her life. The New York Post reported: Hunter Biden says it doesnt matter that he has ghosted his 7-year-old daughter with ex-stripper Lunden Roberts because he never agreed to be a part of her life, according to a stone-hearted new legal filing.

The 55-year-old, described in the filing as the former first son, argued that the Arkansas child support case should not be reopened after the 2023 settlement with Roberts. Roberts, 34, has countered that Hunter should be jailed for failing to honor the deal, alleging he is refusing to speak with Navy and has not delivered pieces of his artwork that were part of the agreement, even as the value of those paintings dramatically plunged in value after his dad left office.

Hunter claimed he never agreed to any specific deadline for transferring the paintings to his daughter, according to the filing. His attorney, Brent Langdon, argued, Even if no paintings had been given to the Child to date, such would not violate the Order, because as long as thirty paintings are assigned to the Child by Defendant will have complied with the Order, a technical defense that underscores the gulf between legal maneuvering and basic paternal duty.
