An undercover reporter says he has penetrated encrypted Signal channels allegedly used by anti-Immigration and Customs Enforcement activists to coordinate efforts to obstruct federal immigration operations and target law enforcement officers.
According to The Blaze, independent journalist Cam Higby, known for on-the-ground undercover work, posted screen recordings and membership rosters from the purported Signal chats on X. His evidence appears to show hundreds of participants actively scheming to disrupt U.S. ICE activities, raising serious questions about organized resistance to lawful federal authority.
The leaked exchanges depict activists tracking license plates, flagging intersections where ICE agents are operating, and even tailing government vehicles. Higby condemned the behavior as organized obstruction in a post on X, underscoring the deliberate nature of the alleged interference.
Higby has asserted that his reporting significantly damaged the networks capabilities, citing one administrator who conceded it would take time to get things up and running again. He later told followers that the Signal group was "running at about half strength," suggesting a major setback for the anti-enforcement operation.

Even as critics describe the alleged network as insurrectionist in nature, far-left Minnesota Lt. Gov. Peggy Flanagan, a Democrat, released a video urging demonstrators to escalate their tactics by putting your body on the line. That rhetoric, coming from a high-ranking state official, has alarmed those who believe elected leaders should be backing the rule of law, not street-level resistance to it.
The revelations surface amid intensifying confrontations in Minneapolis and other cities, where left-wing activists have repeatedly clashed with federal agents over immigration enforcement. Higby continues to publish new screenshots and member lists in what he has dubbed the Signal Gate saga, promising further disclosures that could expose the depth of coordination behind efforts to undermine ICE and the broader immigration laws that President Donald Trump and many conservatives have long argued must be strictly enforced.
