James OKeefe quietly slipped into the World Economic Forums 2026 gathering in Davos, Switzerland, moving among global elites under disguise as they openly discussed climate engineering, carbon taxes, and regulatory schemes.
According to Gateway Pundit, more than 60 heads of state assembled under the banner A Spirit of Dialogue, a polished slogan that belies the sweeping ambitions on display behind closed doors. This week, hundreds of top political leaders from around the world, including close to 65 heads of state and government, are gathering in Davos, Switzerland, for the World Economic Forums Annual Meeting 2026, the World Economic Forum said.
WEF officials framed the event as a response to global instability and rapid technological upheaval. The world leaders are meeting against the most complex geopolitical backdrop in decades, with rising fragmentation and rapid technological change transforming the global economy, WEF said.
The organization boasted of its concentration of power and influence, highlighting the presence of Western and non-Western power blocs alike. Participants include several G7 leaders as well as numerous heads of states from G20 economies and BRICS countries. The leaders are gathering alongside nearly 850 of the worlds top CEOs and chairs, WEF said.
OKeefe, wearing a blonde wig to conceal his identity, navigated a crowd of insiders who spoke casually about carbon markets, chemtrails, and weather manipulation. WEF insider Emil Luth, who worked with DARPA, discussed hidden plans about artificial rain.
Corporate leaders appeared strikingly comfortable with the idea of manipulating the climate from above. The President and CEO at 4AIR said there is a pretty cheap way to cool down the earth.

Other WEF insiders discussed chemtrails, underscoring how unelected global actors are increasingly comfortable entertaining weather manipulation and regulatory regimes that could burden sovereign nations, private industry, and ordinary citizens who never voted for any of it.
