President Donald Trump and First Lady Melania Trump have unveiled their official Christmas portrait, both elegantly attired in black.

As reported by One America News, the couple stood hand in hand, exuding a sense of solemnity against a backdrop of verdant Christmas decorations. The President sported a classic black bow tie, while the First Lady donned a sophisticated black dress for this memorable occasion.

The photograph, shared on the official White House X account, was accompanied by the caption, Merry Christmas from President Donald J. Trump and First Lady Melania Trump.

Captured on December 7 in the Cross Hall of the White House, the image showcases the holiday decor inspired by the First Lady's theme, Home is Where the Heart is: America, Our Home. The decorations are a testament to American craftsmanship, featuring over 25,000 feet of ribbon, more than 2,000 strands of lights, and an array of festive elements including 120 pounds of gingerbread, 2,800 gold stars, 10,000 blue butterflies, and 700 feet of garland. This year's holiday embellishments also include 51 Christmas trees and 75 of President Trump's signature wreaths.

The White House Christmas message, reflecting on the nation's enduring spirit, stated, This season also invites us to reflect on the blessings we share. For nearly 250 years, our Nation has grown through the hopes and hard work of families who believed in something greater than themselves.

Their example inspires us today, especially at Christmas, when we gather with loved ones to celebrate the faith, family, and freedom that define our national story. In a nod to the upcoming 250th anniversary of the United States' founding, some decorations feature Christmas tree collars inscribed with America 250.

President Trump has hinted at a series of grand celebrations in the coming year to mark the nation's semiquincentennial. Following a series of festive gatherings at the White House, the President and First Lady plan to spend the holiday season at Mar-a-Lago, their estate in Palm Beach, Florida.
