In a recent development, U.
S. Attorney General Pam Bondi and FBI Director Kash Patel have furnished Congress with fresh evidence that allegedly exposes corruption within the Clinton Foundation.
This revelation comes after the IRS abruptly halted its investigation into the foundation in 2019, leaving whistleblowers in the lurch, as reported by Just The News during the summer.
"Can't talk about the CF [Clinton Foundation]," read one of the memos, effectively silencing the whistleblowers who were shedding light on the Clinton Foundation's activities. This Tuesday, Just The News disclosed that Patel and Bondi have supplied Congress with a new batch of documents.
These documents purportedly reveal that the Clinton Foundation accepted donations from foreign entities seeking to wield influence.
According to Gateway Pundit, Attorney General Pam Bondi and FBI Director Kash Patel have presented Congress with a new trove of documents. These documents allegedly illustrate how Bill and Hillary Clinton's foundation received donations from both foreign and domestic interests seeking influence.
This has reignited concerns that such evidence was withheld from federal prosecutors who attempted to investigate allegations of pay-to-play against the former first family a decade ago.
Officials informed Just The News that the documents were recently submitted to the Senate Judiciary Committee. They allegedly detail numerous instances of foreign entities and even a U.S. defense contractor attempting to curry favor with the Clintons through donations to their family charity. This occurred while Hillary Clinton was serving as Secretary of State and during Bill Clinton's presidency from 1993 to 2001.
The officials claimed that some of the evidence was highlighted by whistleblowers who alleged that such evidence was kept from a corruption investigation conducted in 2015 by the Little Rock, Ark., U.S. attorney's office. This investigation was reportedly shut down by the Obama administration's Justice Department.
The documents are expected to reveal an attempt "to obstruct legitimate inquiries into the Foundation by blocking real investigation by line-level FBI agents and DOJ field prosecutors and keeping them from following the money," said one official familiar with the documents.
In 2018, whistleblowers Lawrence Doyle of DM Income Advisors and John Moynihan of JFM Associates contended that the Clinton Foundation was operating beyond its scope as a 501c3 non-profit organization. They argued that it functioned similarly to the global fund in Geneva, Switzerland, by brokering money and pharmaceuticals.
Mr. Moynihan also claimed that 60% of the donations to the Clinton Foundation were used for "administration fees," a stark contrast to the industry norm of 10-15% for such fees. "The investigation clearly demonstrates that the [Clinton] Foundation was not a charitable organization per se, but in pointed fact was a closely held family partnership," Mr. Doyle said.
Congressman Jim Jordan (R-OH) asked the whistleblowers to elaborate on their claims that the Clinton Foundation was operating as an agent of a foreign government. "They were brokering money and they were brokering pharmaceuticals they were an agent of money through these donors, they would take a vig (fee), broker the money and then they negotiated these relationships with the pharmaceutical companies by the same token they were brokering the pharmaceuticals and again taking the vig (fee)," Doyle explained.
Mr. Moynihan then clarified to Congressman Jordan that the Clinton Foundation had become a hybrid of a private foundation and a public charity, which they were not approved to do. In a shocking admission, Mr. Moynihan said, "Our analysis shows that this hybrid modeled the global fund in Geneva, Switzerland."
The Clinton Foundation was allegedly conducting these activities without paying the same taxes as they would have had they been operating as a partnership, suggesting they potentially misled the IRS.
It's worth noting that the investigation into the Clinton Foundation, initiated by then-Attorney General Jeff Sessions and assigned to US Attorney John Huber in 2017, concluded without any charges. Key whistleblowers, Doyle and Moynihan, were never interviewed, and their evidence against the Clinton Foundation was reportedly lost three times during the investigation.
U.S. Attorney John Durham took over aspects of Hubers investigation into the Clinton Foundation, but once again, the probe concluded with no charges. This raises questions about the thoroughness and integrity of these investigations, and whether the Clinton Foundation will ever face a truly rigorous examination of its practices.
