Trumps Ultimatum To Boston: Curb Crime Now Or Kiss The 2026 World Cup Goodbye!

President Trump has issued a stern warning to Boston's Democratic Mayor, Michelle Wu, threatening to relocate the 2026 FIFA World Cup games unless she addresses the city's crime issues.

This declaration came during a joint press conference with Argentinian President Javier Milei at the White House.

As reported by Breitbart, Trump expressed his concerns, stating, We can take them away. I love the people of Boston. And I know the games are sold out, but the mayor is not good. There are worse than her. At least shes intelligent. You know, some are extremely low IQ. Those bother me more. Shes intelligent, but shes radical left.

He further elaborated on his willingness to act if necessary, saying, The answer is yes, if somebodys doing a bad job, and if I feel theres unsafe conditions, I would call Gianni, the head of FIFA, whos phenomenal, and I would say, Lets move it to another location, and he would do that. He wouldnt love to do it, but hed do it, very easily, hed do it. And this is the right time to do it.

This ultimatum follows a violent incident in Boston, where a group reportedly took over a city street, as noted by the New York Post. The President of the Boston police union described the participants as hell-bent on confronting law enforcement.

The Boston Police Department reported that over 100 individuals were involved in the street racing event, which escalated into attempts to attack police vehicles using fireworks, cones, and other objects.

Trump also hinted at the possibility of relocating the 2028 Summer Olympics from Los Angeles if similar concerns arise. I could say the same thing for the Olympics, he remarked. If I thought LA was not going to be prepared properly, Id move it to another location.

This stance underscores his commitment to ensuring safety and preparedness for major international events hosted in the United States.
