Senator Lindsey Graham Furious After Phone Call Tracking BombshellVows Massive Lawsuit!

In a recent appearance on Fox News' "Hannity," Republican Senator Lindsey Graham of South Carolina issued a stern warning to anyone in the federal government purportedly involved in monitoring his phone records in 2023, including former special counsel Jack Smith.

Graham vowed to take legal action against those implicated, promising to "sue the crap out of these people."

As reported by Fox News, an exclusive report on Monday revealed that Graham, along with eight other GOP figures, allegedly had their private communications and phone calls tracked by Smith. This was part of Smith's investigation into the events of January 6, 2021.

Graham labeled the alleged action as an "abuse of power," emphasizing that the surveillance took place 30 months after the incident, with no evidence suggesting his involvement in any criminal activity.

Graham expressed his belief that the surveillance was a calculated move to undermine President Donald Trump's potential return to politics. "Heres what I believe. If [President Donald Trump] had never announced he was going to run for President, none of this would have happened. They were trying to destroy his comeback. This was all orchestrated by Jack Smith, Alvin Bragg, Fanni Willis, Letitia James to destroy this man, so he could not win in 2024," Graham stated.

When asked by Hannity if his legal action would directly target Smith, Graham confirmed that he would sue "whoever" he could. He emphasized the importance of holding those who abuse their power accountable, warning that without consequences, such actions would continue. "Whoever I can sue on behalf of the future of people who will come after me, we cannot allow the abuse of power to go unchecked," Graham declared.

Graham also criticized Smith for releasing a document outlining his reasons for believing Trump was guilty, just before the election. He argued that this violated the Department of Justice's protocol.

"Jack Smith released a document about why he thought Trump was guilty in October, right before the election, violating protocol of the Department of Justice," Graham said.

In 2023, as part of Smith's investigation into the events of January 6, Smith and his "Arctic Frost" team allegedly tracked the phone calls of several GOP Senators and a Pennsylvania Representative. The alleged surveillance was reportedly due to potential calls discussing plans to contest the certification of electoral votes.

During a Department of Justice Oversight Committee hearing, Graham confronted Attorney General Pam Bondi about the alleged tracking of his calls. He questioned whether she considered the actions to be an "abuse of power."

Bondi responded that she could not comment on ongoing investigations but criticized Smith and his team for wasting $50 million in their attempts to imprison President Trump before the election.

Graham concluded his remarks by expressing his frustration with the situation and his determination to prevent such abuses of power in the future. "This stinks to high heaven. Im tired of it. Weve got new people in town to clean this mess up. And my goal is not to do this to Democrats, to make sure its never done to anybody in the future. And those of us that were wronged, if we were wrong[ed], pay a price!" he exclaimed.

The alleged surveillance of Graham and other GOP figures raises serious questions about the abuse of power within the federal government. As the situation unfolds, it is clear that Graham and his colleagues are prepared to fight for their rights and the rights of future politicians, ensuring that such abuses do not go unchecked.
