Gavin Newsoms Team Accused Of Threatening DOJ Civil Rights Lawyer Harmeet Dhillon!

Assistant Attorney General for Civil Rights Harmeet Dhillon has disclosed that she received "several" threats on Sunday night, which have been forwarded to the U.

S. Marshals for further investigation.

Notably, some of these threats allegedly originated from staff members working for California Governor Gavin Newsom. Dhillon stated, "Threats against me are referred to the US Marshals. There have been several tonight. We will tolerate no such threats by woke idiots, including those who work for Gavin Newsom. Govern yourselves accordingly. FAFO."

As reported by The Post Millennial, Dhillon refrained from providing specific details about the nature of these threats or identifying which of Newsom's staff might be involved. However, Izzy Gardon, Newsom's Director of Communications, seemed to implicate Dhillon in a fire that consumed the beachfront residence of a South Carolina judge.

Gardon remarked, "A few weeks ago, one of Trumps top DOJ officials publicly targeted this judge. Today, the judges home is on fire." The incident involved Circuit Judge Diane Goodstein, whose home exploded, injuring her husband and son.

At the time, Goodstein was walking her dogs on the beach. The fire is under investigation, and Goodstein herself had reportedly been the target of politically motivated threats.

Dhillon had previously voiced her opposition to Goodstein's ruling on voter data, asserting that the DOJ's Civil Rights division "will not stand for a state court judge's hasty nullification of our federal voting laws. I will allow nothing to stand in the way of our mandate to maintain clean voter rolls. One Citizen, One Vote!"

Despite Gardon's insinuations, the legal matter in South Carolina had already been resolved. Initially, Goodstein issued a temporary restraining order on September 2 to stop the South Carolina Election Commission from sharing voter data with the federal government. However, on October 1, Judge Daniel Coble overturned this decision, denying the injunction and lifting the restraining order.

The threats against Dhillon occur amidst a broader context of escalating political violence in the United States. This includes attacks on law enforcement, with DHS Secretary Kristi Noem revealing that bounties have been placed on her agents.

Tragically, conservative leader Charlie Kirk was murdered during a college campus debate on September 10. Additionally, a shooting in Dallas targeted ICE agents, resulting in the deaths of two illegal immigrant detainees.

Dhillon has been a vocal critic of Governor Newsom's policies, particularly his reluctance to permit federal agents to enforce immigration laws and secure the border. She has also condemned California's breaches of Title IX of the Civil Rights Act, among other issues.

These ongoing tensions underscore the deep political divisions and the increasing hostility faced by public officials in today's climate.
