George Soros Denies All Wrongdoing As DOJ Levels Serious Accusations

George Soros, the billionaire financier of Hungarian origin, is often depicted as a villainous figure by conservative circles.

His reputation stems from his extensive financial support to numerous radical left-wing causes.

The mere mention of a "Soros-backed prosecutor" is enough to raise eyebrows, as it is often associated with a surge in crime rates in the respective region. Soros has been known to fund several lenient-on-crime district attorneys, including former LA DA George Gascn, Philadelphia's infamous Larry Krasner, and Cook County Illinois' Kim Foxx, who is remembered for her handling of the Jussie Smollett case.

According to RedState, Soros has reportedly invested a staggering $24 billion into far-left causes, with the impacts of these investments being felt across the nation. However, the recent announcement by the Trump administration to probe into Soros' activities for potential links to domestic terrorism has elicited a response from the 95-year-old activist.

Through a spokesperson, Soros has claimed innocence, asserting that his actions are solely driven by noble intentions.

The Open Society Foundations (OSF), established by Soros, issued a robust response on Monday to the allegations made by the Trump administration and the Justice Department. Michael Vachon, a senior adviser to Soros, penned a letter denying any involvement of Soros or the OSF in illegal activities or inciting violence. He dismissed the allegations as "100 percent false" and politically driven.

Vachon further emphasized the OSF's stance in his letter, stating, "The Trump Administration has repeatedly made false claims about OSF and George Soros. Allegations that George or OSF are in any way engaged in unlawful activity or in fomenting or promoting violence are 100 percent false."

However, California gubernatorial candidate Steve Hilton has a different perspective. He argues that Soros, who is also a Hungarian immigrant, is actively supporting California Governor Gavin Newsom's efforts to manipulate the state constitution and further rig elections in the Golden State.

Hilton tweeted, "GUESS WHO'S teaming up with Newsom to silence YOUR vote? George Soros. Funding violent riots, BLM, and woke madness wasnt enough. Soros, like me a Hungarian immigrant, is a DISGRACE to America. If you hate this country so much, Gyorgy, just leave. We're sick of you. NO ON 50."

In response to these allegations, Vachon wrote, "All of OSF's activities are peaceful and lawful." This statement, however, is met with skepticism by those who have been victims of crime in inner cities or those affected by Soros' funding of "criminal justice reform," which critics argue prioritizes criminals over law-abiding citizens.

Soros, who has now delegated many of his responsibilities to his son, Alex, continues to channel his wealth into far-left causes. He amassed his fortune in 1992 by betting against the English pound, which led to him "breaking the Bank of England" and earning $1 billion, costing the government an estimated 3.4 billion.

While it is not illegal to fund left-leaning organizations, the question of whether Soros' recent actions are criminal is now in the hands of the Department of Justice. The investigation will determine if any of these organizations have terroristic tendencies, which would make Soros' funding a criminal act.
