Proud Democrat From Arizona Tells Chris Cuomo She Was 'Wrong About Trump'

In a recent appearance on Chris Cuomo's show, an Arizona Democrat expressed a surprising shift in perspective regarding President Donald Trump's policies on immigration and the economy.

The caller, known as "Chrissy," openly admitted, "I am wrong about Trump. I'm a proud Democrat, and he's done a lot of things" prompting Cuomo to inquire further.

As reported by The Post Millennial, Chrissy elaborated, "Immigration. I'm happy about what's happening with immigration. I thought the stock market would tank, and I'm pretty happy with my 401K. There's a few things that I just thought things would go wrong and I'm very happy."

Cuomo acknowledged her honesty, noting, "Well, that is big of you to say it'll probably lose you some friends in this polarized environment that we're in right now. But there's nothing wrong with being happy with results, no matter who gives them to you, right? So I appreciate your candor."

President Trump, during his initial months in office, has prioritized stringent measures against illegal immigration, focusing on deporting those posing public safety threats. This approach aligns with conservative values of law and order and national security.

Meanwhile, the U.S. economy has shown resilience, with a reported 3 percent GDP growth rate exceeding expectations. However, concerns linger over revised job growth figures for May and June, which were significantly lower than initially reported.

In a related development, Cuomo himself shared a video on social media, candidly admitting, Im wrong a lot. We dont like to say it. We dont like to admit it. But thats how you grow. Ive been wrong about political issues. Ive been wrong about people." This admission underscores the importance of acknowledging errors as a path to personal and political growth.
