Liberals Are Furious: Former Big Balls DOGE Techie Lands High-Level Gov Gig!

The recent appointment of Edward Coristine, colloquially known as "Big Balls," to a new federal government role is likely to provoke ire among mainstream media and liberal circles.

Coristine, who previously served at the Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE), has now joined the Social Security Administration (SSA), an agency he once aimed to streamline.

As reported by WIRED, Coristine's new position within the SSA marks a significant shift. "Edward Coristine joined the Social Security Administration this week as a special government employee," stated SSA spokesperson Stephen McGraw. "His work will be focused on improving the functionality of the Social Security website and advancing our mission of delivering more efficient service to the American people."

Coristine's presence has already been noted at the agency's Maryland office, where he was seen alongside Aram Moghaddassi, a DOGE engineer and current employee at the social media platform X.

The transition comes on the heels of Coristine's brief resignation from his previous role, only to be reinstated a week later, as confirmed by a White House official to WIRED. His moniker, "Big Balls," was humorously explained during a May interview with Fox News host Jesse Watters.

Coristine shared, "People on LinkedIn take themselves, like, super seriously, and theyre adverse to risk, and I was, like, well, I want to be neither of those things, so I just said it, and honestly, I didnt even think anyone would notice."

This development is likely to further agitate those who have opposed Elon Musk and DOGE's initiatives from the outset. Their efforts to unveil corruption, eliminate excessive government contracts, and highlight fiscal inefficiencies have consistently faced staunch opposition and personal attacks.

The recent Supreme Court rulings in favor of DOGE, granting them access to previously restricted SSA data, underscore the ongoing tensions. These decisions followed the departure of Michelle King, the acting commissioner of the SSA, who reportedly resigned after disputes with DOGE staff over access to sensitive government records.

Coristine's new role within the SSA, an agency once led by King, adds a layer of irony to the unfolding narrative in Washington. The capital's political landscape, especially under the leadership of President Donald Trump, continues to be a theater of unexpected developments and contradictions.
