JUST IN: Released Biden Interview Audio Paints A Pretty SOLID Picture!

In a recent revelation, an audio recording from Axios has brought to light the memory struggles of former President Joe Biden during an interview with then-special counsel Robert Hur.

The recording discloses Biden's struggle to recall significant events, including the death of his late son, Beau Biden, and the election of Donald Trump during his first term.

According to Breitbart, the audio recording captures a moment where Hur inquires about Biden's document storage habits during his time at Chain Bridge Road. The documents in question were related to the Penn Biden Center, the Biden Institute, the Cancer Moonshot, and Biden's book. Biden's response was marked by uncertainty, as he struggled to recall the timeline, asking, "This is what 2017, 2018, that area?"

Biden's struggle with memory was further highlighted when he attempted to recall the year of his son's death and the election of Donald Trump. "What month did Beau die? Oh, God, May 30? Was it 2015 he died? I think its 2015," Biden can be heard saying. He also questioned, "Trump gets elected in November of 2017?"

Breitbart News had previously reported in March 2024 that a transcript of the interview showed Biden had experienced several mental lapses and instances of having poor memory. The release of the audio recording comes after the Biden administration refused to release the recordings of Bidens interview with Hur. In May 2024, Biden invoked executive privilege to block a subpoena from House Republicans seeking to obtain audio recordings of his interview with Hur.

John Nolte of Breitbart News reported that the Trump administration was considering releasing the interview between Biden and Hur over "Bidens flagrant misuse of classified documents". In early 2024, Hur investigated Bidens misuse of classified documents, which were found in seven separate places in several locations. Despite this, Hur did not call on Biden to be charged with "willfully retaining and disclosing classified materials" a violation of law due to Bidens diminished mental acuity.

In February 2024, Hur revealed that he would not charge Biden for his handling of classified documents. However, Hurs report stated that they had "considered that, at trial," a jury would see Biden as a "sympathetic, well-meaning, elderly man with a poor memory." The report further stated, "Based on our direct interactions with and observations of him, he is someone for whom many jurors will want to identify reasonable doubt."

This revelation of Biden's memory struggles and his handling of classified documents raises questions about his ability to perform his duties effectively. It also underscores the importance of transparency and accountability in public office, particularly when it comes to handling sensitive information. The refusal of the Biden administration to release the recordings of Bidens interview with Hur further fuels these concerns. As the debate continues, the public awaits further developments on this issue.
