BOOM: Shocking Truth About Tariff Defying States High Taxes: White House Official Reveals ALL

During a recent segment on Newsmax's "National Report," Harrison Fields, who serves as the White House Principal Deputy Press Secretary and Special Assistant to the President, addressed California's legal action against tariffs.

Fields countered the state's claims by highlighting California's own fiscal policies, particularly its high tax rates, which he argued are detrimental to its residents.

According to Breitbart, Fields remarked, "If the governor of California was serious, which hes not, hes an unserious individual, he would actually look at the way hes running the state.

I have a question for the governor, do high taxes help the people of his state? The answer is no." He further criticized California's electric vehicle mandate and energy policies, questioning their efficacy in light of frequent power outages. Fields challenged the state's leadership to address internal issues, such as homelessness in San Francisco, before targeting the Trump administration with lawsuits.

Fields continued his critique by pointing out the migration of Californians to states like Florida, attributing this exodus to dissatisfaction with liberal governance under figures like Governor Gavin Newsom.

"They dont want to deal with the liberal policies of people like Gavin Newsom. They voted for President Trump," he asserted. Fields emphasized the administration's confidence in the legality and constitutionality of its actions, dismissing the lawsuits as baseless.

"Everything that were doing here is constitutional, legal, and we will continue on despite these insane lawsuits. We know the law is on our side," he stated, underscoring the administration's resolve to persist in its policies.
