This celebrity gender surgeon is already one of the most controversial figures because the Florida surgeon promotes gender reassignment surgeries for children.

According to The Post Millennial, Dr. Sidhbh Gallagher, the Miami-based gender surgeon who jokingly refers to medically unnecessary bilateral mastectomies as yeet the teets, posted a video on her TikTok account in which she explains that a eunuch is somebody who is assigned male at birth but may not be comfortable with the masculine features.
Gallagher says individuals would benefit from the new gender identity and often advertises gender reassignment procedures. For example, she says a eunuch will drastically benefit from an orchiectomy. This procedure involves the surgical removal of the testes.
Through videos, Gallagher reaches out to her young audience to explain that there is an entire chapter in the standards of care by the World Professional Association for Transgender Health, also known as WPATH. However, there was a lot of backlash when this chapter was released to the public.
Thats because it points out that many children will know whether they are transgender. Then, it says that children can identify as a eunuch. However, it refuses to suggest treatment options due to insufficient research. That same lack of research has resulted in doctors like Dr. Gallagher providing medical procedures, which may include removing their testes or other body parts.

According to The Post Millennial, While there is a 4000-year history of eunuchs in society, the greatest wealth of information about contemporary eunuch-identified people is found within the large online peer-support community that congregates on sites such as the Eunuch Archive (www.eunuch.org), which was established in 1998, the chapter continues, providing a hyperlink to the Eunuch Archive which contains child-castration pornography.
The Post Millennial also reports Gallagher was reported last year to the Federal Trade Commission (FTC). The complaint alleged Gallagher falsely promoted services to minors.
The five groups that filed the complaint allege the gender surgeon engaged in unfair, false, and deceptive practices in the aggressive advertising and marketing to minors of their plastic surgery services, namely mastectomies of healthy female breasts, as proven safe, effective, and medically necessary.
The complaint also alleges the purpose of the videos is to create an online presence that appeals to underage social media users to advertise Gallaghers gender affirming plastic surgery services.
