Shocking Revelation: Louisville Shooter's Mother Warned Police Before Deadly Attack

Written by Published

A shocking piece of news about the deadly shooting in Louisville recently emerged.

The shooters mother called 911 to warn the police that her son was headed to the bank to commit this act of violence. The Post Millennial reports that Lisa Sturgeons call came just moments before her son entered the bank and began shooting.

Ultimately, her son shot 13 people, killing 5 and injuring 8. He then hit and killed himself.

Lisa contacted Connors roommate Dallas Whelan because he informed the mother that he had found a note stating that her son was planning on committing violence.

Lisa told the 911 operator: Hes never hurt anyone, hes [a really] good kid, and Please dont punish him ... Hes non-violent; hes never done anything wrong.

She followed this up by saying: Im sorry, Im trying to get to my car. Im shaking.

Lisa questioned how her son could have obtained a firearm. She suggests that he might have done so through his girlfriend. Law enforcement said he purchased the guns just days before the shooting.

Connors parents said he was struggling with mental health before the shooting. However, they also stated that there were never any warning signs or indications he was capable of this shocking act.

Investigators are reviewing materials related to Connor, and they discovered that he received multiple concussions when he was a high school athlete. He even referred to himself as Mr. Concussion on Instagram.

He also said that he was suicidal on Instagram on several occasions. This news is disturbing to many as they are concerned that there may be a connection between the multiple injuries he sustained over the years and the violence he acted out in this deadly shooting.

The Post Millennial reports that this marks the fifteenth mass shooting in the United States this year.

The local community is scheduling a vigil for the victims on Wednesday.
