Enough To Kill All Of Long Island? Shocking Drug Bust Uncovers TERRIFYING Fentanyl Haul!

In a shocking revelation, a drug dealer from Suffolk County was recently apprehended with a quantity of Fentanyl substantial enough to potentially wipe out the entire population of Long Island, as stated by prosecutors last Friday.

Remon Gibson, a 43-year-old resident of Bellport, was taken into custody on September 25, the same day law enforcement officials discovered a staggering 33 pounds of illicit substances in his residence. As reported by The New York Post, a significant portion of the seized drugs was Fentanyl, found on a nightstand in a room adjacent to where two children slept, according to the Suffolk County District Attorneys Office.

The total haul from Gibson's residence included seven kilograms of Fentanyl and over eight kilograms of cocaine. Some of the cocaine was cleverly concealed in a hidden trap behind a shed in the backyard, the District Attorneys office disclosed.

Suffolk County District Attorney Raymond Tierney expressed his alarm at the volume of lethal narcotics seized. "The amount of deadly narcotics seized in this operation is staggering," Tierney stated, adding, "There was enough Fentanyl here to kill every man, woman, and child on Long Island."

In addition to the narcotics, law enforcement officers discovered $80,000 in cash, half a kilogram of a sedative known as zylazine, drug paraphernalia, a drug ledger, a kilo presser, and plates for bricks of Fentanyl and cocaine embossed with COVID 19 during their search of Gibsons Sunburst Lane residence.

Gibson, however, pleaded not guilty during his arraignment last Wednesday in Suffolk County Supreme Court. He faces charges of operating as a major trafficker, criminal possession of a controlled substance, endangering the welfare of a child, and criminally using drug paraphernalia.

Justice Richard Ambro of the Suffolk County Supreme Court set Gibson's bail at $200,000 cash, $800,000 bond, or a $2 million partially secured bond. Gibson managed to post bail, as confirmed by the Suffolk County Sheriffs Office. He is scheduled to appear in court again on November 8.

Gibson has a history of drug-related offenses, having been previously convicted for criminal possession of a controlled substance. He served a three-and-a-half-year sentence beginning in 2020, as per state prison records.
