The 45th President of the United States, Donald J. Trump, recently made a guest appearance on comedian Andrew Schulz's podcast. The episode, which quickly gained traction on social media, saw Trump's supporters hailing him as the "funniest president in American history."
According to The Post Millennial, the candid interview, released on Wednesday and shared on X, a platform formerly known as Twitter, spanned a variety of subjects. These included the political landscape, the current Biden administration, and even a light-hearted discussion about SpaceX CEO Elon Musk.
When Schulz humorously asked if Musk was Trump's "favorite African American," the former president, unable to contain his laughter, replied, "Musk loves our country and he's picked a side. A lot of people don't want to pick a side. I have a lot of people who are big supporters of me, but they won't go all out. They're scared, there is a cost. But there is also a liability."
Trump further reminisced about a recent campaign rally in Butler, PA, where Musk joined him on stage. "This guy was up there doing jumping jacks, saying you've got to vote for Trump!" Trump exclaimed. "He was jumping high! He's in good shape!"
The former president also took the opportunity to lightly rib his 2020 opponent, President Biden. He humorously acknowledged one skill he believes Biden possesses that he does not: the ability to sleep. "He has one ability I don't have. He sleeps. He can sleep!" Trump quipped. "This guy goes on a beach, he lays down on one of those 6 oz chairs, and he can't lift it...Somebody convinced him he looked good in a bathing suit. When you're 82, typically bathing suits don't make you look great."
The episode was met with a wave of approval from Trump's supporters, one of whom declared he "will go down as the funniest president in American history." Another X user described the podcast episode as a blend of "sharp humor meets political fireworks." The full episode is available for viewing online.
