In a recent Democratic campaign rally, Minnesota Governor and Democratic Vice Presidential nominee, Tim Walz, expressed admiration for actors Liza Coln-Zayas and Anthony Ramos.

Both actors had delivered speeches prior to Walz's address at the event held in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania.

According to Mediaite, Walz, during his rally, touched on various pressing issues such as school shootings and inflation. He emphasized the urgency of these matters, stating that the United States "can't afford four more years of this." He further reminded the attendees that they had only "45 days to bring joy back to our politics."

As Walz took the stage, he acknowledged the actors who had addressed the crowd before him. He described his six-week tenure as the nominee alongside Vice President Kamala Harris as a "not weird" but "pretty strange" experience.

"But if it weren't enough to be Vice President Kamala Harris's running mate," Walz said, "If that weren't enough, I'm here with Anthony and Ramos today." He added humorously, "No old white guy could ask for more, trust me."

Walz went on to praise the actors, suggesting they could have a future in politics. He stated, "I'm always out there, you know, spotting talent and stuff. Can we all agree there's a second career for Liza and Anthony here at some point? And yeah. They're great at what they do, but that type of passion, that type of vision? Incredible."

This event underscores the intersection of politics and entertainment, with Walz leveraging the popularity of the actors to bolster his campaign. It also highlights the Democratic party's strategy of engaging with diverse voices to appeal to a broader electorate. However, the question remains whether this approach will resonate with voters and translate into electoral success in the upcoming election. The answer lies in the hands of the American public, who will cast their votes in just over a month.
