Texas Surgeon Indicted: Whistleblower EXPOSES DOJ Weaponization

In a recent development, a Texas-based surgeon, Dr. Eithan Haim, has been indicted on felony charges by the Department of Justice (DOJ) under the Biden administration.

The charges stem from his revelation that his hospital was performing sex change procedures on minors, a practice prohibited in the state, according to The Post Millennial.

The DOJ alleges that Dr. Haim, 33, violated HIPAA laws, leading to his indictment on four felony charges. The surgeon, who completed his residency at the Texas Children's Hospital, has pledged to stand against what he calls Biden's "corrupt" DOJ. "They wanted to intimidate me into silence using every technique the federal leviathan had at their disposal. But they failed. The only way to lose is to submit to corruption," Haim wrote. "It's time to fight back harder than ever!"

In May 2023, Dr. Haim provided documents to Christopher Rufo of City Journal, revealing that the Texas Children's Hospital was still operating its child gender clinics, in direct violation of state law. This was despite the hospital's claims that the clinic had been shut down. Rufo has previously clarified that none of the documents he received from Haim contained any personal information about the clinic's patients.

In February 2022, Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton had issued an opinion suggesting that gender-affirming care for children could potentially be classified as a form of child abuse under state law. Following this, the Texas Children's Hospital announced in 2022 that it would discontinue all treatments and surgeries related to sex changes for children.

However, Dr. Haim later disclosed to Rufo in May 2023 that a surgeon had implanted a hormone device in an 11-year-old patient suffering from gender dysphoria.

Earlier this week, U.S. marshals visited Dr. Haim's residence to summon him to court to respond to these allegations. He is expected to make his court appearance on June 10.
