On Tuesday, Senator Joni Ernst, a leading figure in the Senate GOP, criticized the Biden administration for its delayed action on border issues.
This critique came during a press conference, but it was her subsequent comment that has been widely circulated on social media platforms.
As reported by The Gateway Pundit, the Biden administration has been accused of allowing an influx of illegal immigrants into the country, which critics argue is an attempt to alter the demographic makeup of the electorate. This policy has allegedly led to a surge in crime rates, including drug abuse, theft, and homicide.
Following the press conference, Senator Ernst was overheard on a live microphone advising Senator John Kennedy (R-LA) with a cryptic remark: Bottom line, never trust a man whose uncle was eaten by cannibals.
The subject of this comment was later revealed to be President Joe Biden. As previously reported by The Gateway Pundit, Biden had shared a war story about his uncle, Lt. Ambrose Finnegan, who he claimed was a reconnaissance pilot shot down in Papua New Guinea, a region he associated with cannibalism.
However, a social media user conducted a thorough investigation into the veracity of Biden's story and found several discrepancies. Finnegan was not a reconnaissance pilot but a ground crew member and ordinance officer. Furthermore, his plane did not crash due to enemy fire but ditched and subsequently crashed into the Bismarck Sea in 1944. There is no record of cannibalistic activity in this region.
