In a recent incident at Columbia University, Khymani James, one of the students leading the Gaza Solidarity Encampment, made a controversial statement during a live stream, asserting that "Zionists don't deserve to live.

".

This statement was made during an official university inquiry conducted by Columbia's Center for Student Success and Intervention in January. The Daily Wire shared the video of the live stream.

James, a junior at Columbia University and spokesperson for the Columbia University Apartheid Divest group, was seen in a video shaking hands with Minnesota Rep. Ilhan Omar, an act that was witnessed by Kassy Dillon. When questioned by a university employee about the potential issues with his statement, James responded with a firm "No."

James, who identifies with the pronouns "he/she/they," has been a prominent figure in the anti-Israel protests at the university. He has also been one of the main organizers of the encampment. On Wednesday, he was among the students who held a press conference, stating that Columbia had agreed not to involve the police to dismantle the encampment.

In a recent video, James was seen leading a group of protesters who were verbally and physically pushing Jewish students out of their Gaza Camp demonstration. In the same video, James reiterated his controversial statement, expressing his comfort in calling for the death of certain individuals. He compared his desire to kill Zionists to the killing of Hitler or Haitian revolutionaries who had to "kill their masters in order to gain their independence."

James further stated, "There should not be Zionists anywhere. People who hold those types of ideologies, the world is better without them. That is what my comment is indicative of, and I will stand with that."

Following the meeting, James continued his live stream, stating, "Zionists don't deserve to live comfortably, let alone Zionists don't deserve to live. The same way we are very comfortable accepting Nazis don't deserve to live, fascists don't deserve to live, racists don't deserve to live, Zionists, they shouldn't live in this world."

James also suggested that he would be content with being expelled from the university after stating, "Be grateful that I'm not just going out and murdering Zionists. I've never hurt anyone in my life, and I hope to keep it that way."

He further stated that the assassination of Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu "would theoretically mean that many people would live. And so murder can absolutely be justified."

In the aftermath of a massacre by Palestinian terrorists, where over 1,200 civilians were killed and 250 more were kidnapped, James posted "Free Palestine" on social media. In November, he posted, "There is no 'two-state solution.'"

James, who is reportedly one of the student leaders of the campus occupation that the university is negotiating with, has also declared that the Columbia "graduation next month is NOT happening as planned," when it was revealed that the university was hoping to have the occupation cleared to hold the ceremony.
