STOP! Venezuela HALTS Acceptance Of Deportation Flights From The Biden Admin

Venezuela has ceased accepting flights transporting deported illegal immigrants from the United States and Mexico, a move that undermines a significant deterrent in illegal immigration utilized by the Biden administration.

The decision comes as President Biden aims to strengthen immigration regulations following criticism of his administration's open border policies, which have led to a crisis at the US-Southern border.

According to sources familiar with the situation cited by the Wall Street Journal, deportation flights to Venezuela from the US were halted in January.

US officials confirmed the cessation of deportation flights to Venezuela, with data indicating that approximately 1,800 Venezuelans were deported on 15 flights since October. This number is deemed insignificant compared to the nearly half a million Venezuelans who have unlawfully entered the US in the past two years.

Recent reports suggest that the Biden administration is contemplating stricter immigration measures through executive action, amidst ongoing Congressional debates over enhancing border security measures. President Biden has faced criticism for suggesting the need for additional authority from Congress to address the border situation.

During discussions with House Speaker Mike Johnson (R-LA), President Biden acknowledged having the authority to act on issues at the US-Southern border without requiring new legislation from Congress.
