Kanye West's HORRIFIC Super Bowl Commercial: A Cell Phone Clip Gone Terribly Wrong

In a move that has been widely criticized, Kanye West, the controversial rapper and fashion designer, unveiled what many are calling the worst Super Bowl commercial in history.

The ad, which was seemingly filmed in the backseat of a car using a cell phone, was a stark departure from the high-quality, big-budget commercials typically associated with the Super Bowl.

The commercial began with West, also known as Ye, introducing himself and explaining the concept behind the ad. "Hey y'all, this is Ye, and this is my commercial," he said. "And since we spent all the money on the commercial spot, we actually we didnt spend any money on the actual commercial. But the idea is I want you to go to yeezy.com," he added.

Despite the significant cost associated with securing a Super Bowl commercial slot, West's ad lacked the polish and production value typically seen in such advertisements. The lighting was poor, and the camera angle, which was positioned beneath West's chin, was amateurish.

West, who once enjoyed a reputation as a creative genius, continued to speak directly into the camera, spelling out his website address slowly. "Im gonna write it at the bottom of the screen and I got some shoes and mmmm thats it," he said.

However, not all Super Bowl viewers were subjected to West's lackluster commercial. According to The Hollywood Reporter, the ad was not aired in all markets. It was picked up by a Miami affiliate but did not air in the Los Angeles region. This suggests that West may have opted for a regional ad, which comes with a lower price tag than the reported $7 million cost of a 30-second national spot.

The purpose of the commercial was to promote West's fashion line, Yeezy. However, the ad did not feature any images of his designs or any indication of a new collection. The lack of visual appeal and the absence of any compelling content have led to widespread criticism of the ad, with many viewers expressing their disappointment and frustration at the wasted 30 seconds.
