A 44-year-old Largo resident, Timothy James Graham, Jr., was apprehended on Thursday in connection with an alleged indecent exposure and assault incident involving a 66-year-old woman at Indian Rocks Beach, according to the Pinellas County Sheriffs Office.
Graham now faces a slew of charges including robbery, battery against a person aged 65 or older, tampering with physical evidence, false imprisonment, tampering with a witness, and exposure of sexual organs.
The incident reportedly unfolded around 5:15 a.m. while the woman was strolling along the beach near 10th Avenue and Gulf Boulevard. Deputies stated that Graham was spotted jogging near the dunes at the time.
As the woman proceeded to walk south along the water after reaching 16th Avenue, Graham is alleged to have masturbated while trailing her. When the woman tried to dial 911 and exit the beach, Graham is said to have tackled her from behind and subjected her to further assault. During the ensuing altercation, he reportedly seized the woman's phone and discarded it in the sand, as per the sheriffs office. As he fled the scene, Graham took the woman's phone, the sheriffs office added.
Graham, who was reportedly arrested for indecent exposure in November, has a criminal history that includes a 21-year stint in state prison for attempted first-degree murder and arson. He was released in May.

Detectives from the Robbery/Homicide Unit have arrested Timothy James Graham, Jr., 44, on charges of Robbery, Battery on a Person 65 Years of Age or Older, Tampering with Physical Evidence, False Imprisonment, Tampering with a Witness, and Exposure of Sexual Organs.
On January 25, 2024, at approximately 5:15 a.m., deputies were dispatched to the area of 10th Avenue and Gulf Boulevard in Indian Rocks Beach following a 911 call from the victim, a 66-year-old female. Detectives report that the victim was walking northbound on Indian Rocks Beach from 4th Avenue when she noticed Graham jogging northbound on the beach near the dunes. Upon reaching 16th Avenue, the victim turned around and began walking southbound along the waterline of the beach, passing Graham. Detectives then stated that the victim noticed Graham following her with his penis exposed and masturbating.
Detectives further stated that the victim dialed 911 while attempting to escape the beach when she was tackled from behind by Graham, who pinned her to the ground. Graham then took the victims cell phone and tossed it into the sand. While on the ground, Graham began to thrust his body into the victim while continuing to masturbate. Graham then rose, took the victims phone, and fled the area before eventually being apprehended by responding deputies.
Graham has an extensive criminal record, including an arrest in November of 2023 for Exposure of Sexual Organs. He previously spent 21 years in the Florida Department of Corrections for Attempted 1st Degree Murder and Arson, and was released in May of 2023.
Following his arrest, Graham was charged with Robbery, Battery on a Person 65 Years of Age or Older, Tampering with Physical Evidence, False Imprisonment, Tampering with a Witness, and Exposure of Sexual Organs, and was transported to the Pinellas County Jail.
