Drawing The Line: Trump Unleashes Fury On Judge Engoron During $250 Million Fraud Trial

In a scathing attack on New York Supreme Court Justice Arthur Engoron, former President Donald Trump accused him of being a "fraudster" who was causing harm to his children.

Trump's criticism came as his son, Eric Trump, took the stand in a high-stakes $250 million fraud trial. Taking to his Truth Social platform, Trump voiced his grievances.

Trump pointed to Engoron's track record of being overturned on appeal and highlighted what he deemed as numerous mistakes made by the judge. Specifically, Trump referred to Engoron's valuation of his Mar-a-Lago residence, where the judge had assessed its worth at $18 million, despite its billion-dollar price tag. Trump vehemently disagreed with this assessment, asserting that Engoron was the true "fraudster" in this situation.

Trump didn't hold back in his criticism of Engoron, labeling him a "wacko" who seemed to relish in imposing sanctions, fines, and exerting control over him and his family. Trump further accused Engoron of working to tarnish his reputation and interfere with the 2024 Presidential Election. Trump expressed frustration that Engoron had failed to reprimand the state's attorney general, whom he deemed as corrupt and responsible for a case built on the testimony of a single unreliable witness.

Earlier in the day, Donald Trump Jr. admitted to the court that he had signed financial documents that were later determined to be fraudulent. Ivanka Trump was also expected to testify in the coming week, although she has filed an appeal against the court order.

The trial continues to unfold, with the Trump family facing significant legal challenges. As the proceedings progress, the former President remains steadfast in his defense of his children and himself, determined to dismiss what he perceives as a baseless case against them.
