A 55-year-old man from Arkansas was discovered in a compromising situation inside a car, allegedly engaging in sexual activity with a stuffed animal.

The incident took place at the Midway Store and Lock, a commercial storage facility, and was reported to the Baxter County Sheriff's Office in the early hours of October 8th. According to an arrest affidavit, a deputy arrived at the scene after receiving a report of a swaying vehicle. "He stated that he observed that the vehicle was 'rocking'," the affidavit stated.

Upon peering inside the car, the deputy witnessed Theodore T. Morgavan III involved in sexual activity with a stuffed animal, as detailed in the document. The sheriff's office did not provide any information regarding the type of animal involved. During a subsequent search of the vehicle, the deputy discovered a purse containing "two marijuana pipes and one syringe." Additionally, another deputy found approximately 3 grams of methamphetamine in the same purse, as reported by KAIT 8.

As a result of the incident, Morgavan III faces multiple charges, including possession of a controlled substance and public sexual indecency. During his court appearance on Monday, he pleaded not guilty. The judge set Morgavan's bond at $5,000, and he is scheduled to appear in court again on October 30th.
