Alex Soros Has A "Grand Plan" To Defeat MAGA 2024, Here It Is...

In a recent op-ed published in Politico, Alex Soros, the son of billionaire philanthropist George Soros, discussed the mission of the Open Society Foundations, which was founded by his father.

One of the key objectives of the foundation, according to Soros, is to prevent Donald Trump from serving another term in the White House.

Soros expressed concern about the potential impact of a "MAGA-style Republican victory" in the upcoming U.S. presidential election on European unity and progress made in response to the war in Ukraine. He argued that such an outcome could jeopardize the achievements made in addressing the conflict in Ukraine and undermine European unity.

Trump, who has been critical of the Biden administration's support for Ukraine, has vowed to bring an end to the war if he is reelected in 2024. He emphasized his personal relationships with Ukrainian President Zelensky and Russian President Putin, stating that he would use his influence to negotiate a deal and bring an end to the conflict.

Soros clarified that the Open Society Foundations are not "leaving Europe" but rather shifting their priorities in response to current and future challenges. He acknowledged that there would be a reduction in staff and a reallocation of resources to areas where they are most needed. Soros highlighted the foundation's continued support for civil society groups in Ukraine, which have played a crucial role in countering Russia's aggression.

Furthermore, Soros called for EU membership for the Balkans as a means to enhance European security and prevent a geopolitical vacuum. He also criticized Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orban's closure of the Central European University, which was founded by Soros. The university, known for its left-wing orientation, was shut down by Orban in 2018. Soros had envisioned the institution as a catalyst for promoting an open society and training future leaders in the post-Soviet world.

It is worth noting that Trump endorsed Orban during his re-election campaign in 2022, signaling his support for Orban's conservative policies.
