The United States once vowed to never forget the horrors of September 11, 2001, yet the nations growing complacency suggests that painful lessons from that day may soon be revisited.
According to Conservative Daily News, the comfort and liberties Americans enjoy have lulled us into a position of weakness that will require a renewed wake-up call in the near future. The next assault from Americas sworn enemies, the piece warns, may not come in the form of jets flying into tall buildings, but through political and cultural subversion that undermines the constitutional order from within.
The article points to current Democratic Socialists of America candidates who promise to get rid of our constitution, ban the Senate, end police protection, open our prisons and to reopen the border that President Trump has so successfully closed following the failed and disastrous Biden administration. It further notes that even with President Trumps successful and total military response to Irans repeated and decades-long threat to kill Americans, and the Mullahs development of nuclear weapons to achieve that threat, we now have Muslim politicians in America (for example El-Sayed, Mamdani and Pike, among numerous others) mocking the 911 remembrance ceremonies and declaring that America deserved the attack.
These hate-filled people who hate Jews, hate Israel and hate America, the author argues, represent a direct challenge to national security, Western values and basic civic decency. If we believe we will lose our constitution and that our very way of life is being threatened by DSA politicians, we must silence our enemies with our votes, a reminder that the ballot box remains the primary tool for citizens determined to defend the Constitution, secure borders and resist those who would excuse or justify attacks on the United States.
