According to RedState, Kennedy framed the episode as part of a broader pattern of deception by Fauci and the public health establishment, arguing that the same people who demanded unprecedented control over Americans lives refused to be honest about their own experiences with the vaccine.
Kennedy accused Fauci of systematically misleading the country on nearly every major aspect of the pandemic response. He lied about masks. He lied about the social distancing. He lied about the transmission, and he lied about natural immunity, he told Fox News host Laura Ingraham. He lied about the capacity, as you just said, of the vaccine to prevent infection.
Kennedy went on to describe what he says happened after Faucis widely covered vaccination. Rand Paul (R-KY) has released more than 1,100 pages of Faucis private COVID-era diary entries ahead of the former NIAID directors Senate testimony. Those documents have become ammunition for critics who argue that Faucis private writings contradict his public assurances and reveal a pattern of concealment on key issues, including vaccine safety.
Cardiologist Peter McCullough, writing on July 26 on his Focal Points site, said internal records released by Paul show that on June 19, 2021, Fauci was dealing with an acute pulmonary infarct associated with a pulmonary embolism and was started on the blood thinner Eliquis. Crucially, this health emergency occurred just months after his primary vaccination series, McCullough asserts. Yet Fauci was not transparent with the public.
The diary entry itself does not explicitly state that the pulmonary infarct was caused by the COVID vaccine, and no formal causal finding has been made public. Kennedy told Ingraham that seeing Faucis own words on the matter was particularly striking. There's something very dramatic, even for me, I've seen him (Fauci) write it in his own journal, he said. Confessing to (you know) being wrong to lying about all this stuff.
