Senator John Fetterman (D-PA) is once again distancing himself from the radical Left, this time by openly condemning the Democratic Socialists of America (DSA) and mocking their outrage over Israels ongoing campaign against Hamas terrorists.
According to the Gateway Pundit, Fetterman has bluntly characterized the DSA as deeply anti-American, pointing to recent social media writings that show them to be extremists. He has further argued that DSA members are not even Democrats and should not be allowed to run as members of his party, a rare moment of candor from within a party that has increasingly tolerated far-left activism.
The Jerusalem Post reports that the IDF and Shin Bet (Israel Security Agency) announced on Tuesday that three Hamas terrorists were killed, including one operative tied directly to the October 7 attacks in Israel. Per Jerusalem Post: Abdallah Jahja was a terrorist in the naval force of Hamass military wing and, in addition to his activity on October 7, contributed to the planning of several terror attacks targeting both Israeli civilians and IDF troops, according to the military.
He was killed alongside Mohammed Al-Hawari, a commander in Hamass Zeitoun Battalion, and Sabhi Saqallah, an intelligence operative in the same battalion. In response, Fetterman publicly taunted the DSA, posting, Israel keeps killing Hamas members. @DemSocialists, cry harder, a remark certain to inflame tensions with the partys socialist wing but likely to resonate with voters who support Israels right to defend itself.
This latest strike followed earlier weekend operations in which two Hamas terrorists involved in the October 7 massacre and the abduction of Israeli hostages were also eliminated. One of those terrorists was Adham Ibrahim Shaaban Nasman, Hamass Gaza City Brigade operations head in Gaza City, who held several former hostages captive, including Romi Gonen.
In a separate strike, Asma Kamal Shehadeh Abu Tim, a cell commander in Hamas military wing, was also killed. On October 7, Abu Tim invaded Kibbutz Nir Oz and aided in the abduction of several people, underscoring why many Americans, including some Democrats like Fetterman, are rejecting the far-lefts attempts to blur the moral line between a sovereign democracy defending its citizens and a terrorist organization dedicated to their destruction.
