NBA player Jonathan Isaac has announced the launch of an anti-woke apparel brand, UNITUS, aimed at supporting conservative values.
The 610 power forward, who gained national headlines in 2020 for standing during the national anthem while his teammates and opponents knelt, took to Twitter to express his desire to create an alternative to companies that attack or undermine Christian values, conservative values, and things like that.
Isaac believes that corporations have the freedom to undermine Christian values, but he also believes that he has the freedom to disagree and create what he wants to create. UNITUS is a sports and apparel company, and the basis of it for me is freedom, he said.
We can be proud of what we believe in. We dont have to hide or be ashamed of it.
Isaacs Christian faith, which served as the basis for his rejection of BLMs divisive narrative and the NBAs embrace of it, will serve as the foundation of Isaacs UNITUS clothing brand, which launches in August.
Amid the backdrop of collapsing morality and attacks on Christian beliefs, Isaac admonished, As the day continues to get darker and darker and crazier and crazier you standing up for what you believe is only going to get harder but its only going to become more and more necessary.
Isaacs decision to launch UNITUS comes at a time when corporate America appears to be bending the knee to the radical left.
However, Isaac is determined to stand up for his beliefs and create an alternative. The same freedom that they use to undermine Christian values is the same freedom that Im going to use to create an alternative, he said.
Isaacs UNITUS clothing brand is set to support conservative values and provide an alternative to companies that undermine them. The basis of it for me is freedom, he said.
We can be proud of what we believe in. We dont have to hide or be ashamed of it. As the day continues to get darker and attacks on Christian beliefs continue, Isaac believes that standing up for what you believe in is only going to become more necessary.
