Tulsi Gabbard Drops Bombshell Intel On 120 US-Funded Biolabs WorldwideAnd 40 In War-Torn Ukraine

Outgoing Director of National Intelligence Tulsi Gabbard has disclosed that the United States has financed more than 120 biological laboratories in over 30 countries, including 40 facilities in Ukraine, many of which she says have conducted gain-of-function research with minimal oversight.

According to The Post Millennial, Gabbard framed the revelations as part of a broader effort to rein in dangerous experimentation and restore public trust after years of obfuscation by entrenched bureaucrats. In a statement accompanied by a video posted on X, she declared, "Today, Im releasing never before seen intelligence revealing new evidence of past US government funding for more than 120 biolabs in over 30 countries, including Ukraine.

In support of President Trumps Executive Order to end federal funding of dangerous gain of function research around the world, and increase transparency and accountability, ODNI will continue working with partners across the Administration to identify where these labs are, what pathogens they contain, and what 'research' is being conducted."

Gabbard sharply criticized Dr. Anthony Fauci and the Biden administration, asserting that they "lied repeatedly to the American people about the existence of US-funded and supported bio labs." Documents she released outline the costs of several Ukrainian facilities, with individual projects reportedly ranging from $1.7 million to $3.5 million.

The newly declassified material indicates that 40 such biolabs are located in Ukraine, a country now at the center of a grinding war with Russia. Gabbard warned that some of these laboratories may be at heightened risk because of ongoing military operations and instability in the region.

The intelligence community had previously warned that a US-funded bio lab in Ukraine likely housed dangerous pathogens and remained vulnerable to longstanding threats of Russian attack, seizure, or damage. Until now, evidence regarding the full existence and funding of these laboratories had been knowingly withheld from you, the American people, she said, underscoring what many conservatives view as a pattern of secrecy from the national security establishment. "Many of these US government-funded bio labs are currently or have previously engaged in research using hazardous and highly contagious pathogens, and in some cases included dangerous gain of function research with very little visibility or oversight," she added, highlighting the potential for catastrophic misuse or accidental release.

Gabbard stated that the ODNI has now been ordered to expand intelligence collection on these overseas facilities and to map out their activities in detail. She further noted that testing conducted at some of the labs is raising significant ethical, financial, and security concerns, reinforcing longstanding conservative demands for strict limits on taxpayer-funded experimentation and for full accountability from the bureaucrats who approved it.
