Susie Wiles Torches Friday Fiction Report Claiming Shell Quit Trump White House

White House Chief of Staff Susie Wiles forcefully rejected a report claiming she intends to quit President Donald Trumps administration, dismissing the story as fiction in a pointed statement on X.

The report, based on claims from five unnamed insiders, alleged that Wiles was drained by the current state of the cabinet and offended when President Trump tapped Federal Housing Finance Agency head Bill Pulte as acting Director of National Intelligence. According to Mediaite, the article further suggested that Wiles, who has been a key figure in Trump-world since 2015, viewed the personnel move as a personal slight and was preparing to walk away from her post.

Wiles publicly ridiculed the narrative, writing, After an accomplishment filled week by President Trump, I have the pleasure of reading a piece of Friday fiction, courtesy of the Daily Mail. She continued, To be crystal clear, I am not going anywhere. I am honored and proud to serve President Trump, proud of our team and remain fully committed to advancing his agenda on behalf of the American people.

She also took direct aim at the broader media environment that has long targeted President Trump and his inner circle. Some in the media have spent a decade trying to manufacture drama around President Trump and people who work for him. They were wrong then, and they are wrong now, Wiles wrote, signing off with a brisk, See you Monday.

Her rebuttal underscores the stability and loyalty that have characterized Trumps closest advisers, even as hostile outlets attempt to portray constant turmoil around his administration. In March, President Trump himself highlighted both Wiless resilience and her importance to his team, revealing on Truth Social that she is undergoing treatment for early-stage breast cancer and praising her decision to confront it head-on.

Susie Wiles is an incredible Chief of Staff, a great person, and one of the strongest people I know but, unfortunately, she has been diagnosed with early stage breast cancer, and has decided to take on this challenge, IMMEDIATELY, as opposed to waiting, President Trump wrote, lauding her fantastic medical team and excellent prognosis. He added that during the treatment period, she will be spending virtually full time at the White House, which makes me, as President, very happy! and emphasized that her Strength and her Commitment to continue doing the job she loves, and does so well, while undergoing treatment, tells you everything you need to know about her.

Calling Wiles one of my closest and most important advisors, Trump stressed that she is tough and deeply committed to serving the American People and predicted, She will soon be better than ever! He concluded with a personal note of solidarity: Melania [Trump] and I are with her in every way, and we look forward to working with Susie on the many big and wonderful things that are happening for the benefit of our Country! President DONALD J. TRUMP.
