A convicted killer with a long history of violent crime has been taken into custody after allegedly issuing a profane and bloodthirsty call for Immigration and Customs Enforcement agents to be executed right there with two f-cking bullets to the back of their maggot Nazi heads.

According to the Gateway Pundit, Daniel Barber, whose record includes a 1990 conviction for murder and robbery with intent to cause bodily harm, was arrested in San Francisco by agents with Homeland Security Investigations. The arrest followed a June 6, 2025 email in which Barber allegedly unleashed a tirade against outgoing Acting ICE Director Todd Lyons and the men and women serving under him, explicitly advocating mob-style justice against federal officers tasked with enforcing the nations immigration laws.
In the email, Barber raged, YOUR GESTAPO NAZI MAGGOT ICE AGENTS SHOULD BE TERRIFIED, BECAUSE THE TRUTH IS EVERY SINGLE ONE OF THEM DESERVES TO BE ARRESTED BY ARMED AMERICAN CITIZENS, FROGMARCHED INTO THE STREETS, SUMMARILY TRIED AND CONVICTED OF CRIMES AGAINST HUMANITY THERE IN PUBLIC, AND SUBSEQUENTLY EXECUTED RIGHT THERE AS WELL WITH TWO FCKING BULLETS TO THE BACK OF THEIR MAGGOT NAZI HEADS! He then doubled down, adding, EVERY SINGLE ONE OF THEM!
Barbers screed escalated further, dripping with hatred for law enforcement officers who are carrying out the immigration policies of President Trumps second administration. MAYBE STOP F-CKING ACTING LIKE HEINOUSLY F-CKING EVIL FASCIST KKKUNTS, AND THEY WOULDNT DESERVE SUCH A FATE! he wrote, before attempting to disguise his incitement as mere opinion.
The email concluded with Barber insisting, AND THAT IS NOT A THREAT, YOU LITTLE F-CKING B-TCH, BUT SIMPLY MY OPINION AS TO WHAT THOSE WORMS DESERVE. ILL BE F-CKING PRAYING DAILY TO THE UNIVERSE AMERICANS START RISING UP AND GIVING THEM, AND YOU, EXACTLY THAT. He signed the message with his full name, a brazen act that underscores the climate of impunity fostered by radical anti-police rhetoric in many left-wing circles.
The Department of Homeland Security detailed Barbers arrest in a press release, underscoring the seriousness with which the agency is treating threats against federal officers. This convicted murderer sent this disgusting death threat to ICE Director Todd Lyons, Acting Assistant Secretary Lauren Bis said, condemning the explicit calls for violence.
Bis warned that the relentless demonization of ICE by progressive activists and politicians is having real-world consequences for agents and their families. Comparing ICE day-in and day-out to the Nazi Gestapo, the Secret Police, and slave patrols has consequences. The men and women of ICE are fathers and mothers, sons and daughters. They get up every morning to try and make our communities safer. Like everyone else, they just want to go home to their families at night. The violence and dehumanization of these men and women who are simply enforcing the law must stop.
The DHS statement also drew a direct line between sanctuary policies and the surge in attacks on immigration officers, noting that permissive local regimes have emboldened extremists. The arrest comes as sanctuary politicians have created an environment that encourages rampant assaults on law enforcement. As our ICE law enforcement officers remove murderers, rapists, pedophiles, gang members, and terrorists from American communities, they are facing a more than 1,300% increase in assaults, an 8,000% increase in death threats, and a more than 3,300% increase in vehicle attacks.
Lyons himself has been a frequent target of the lefts campaign of intimidation, with his wife and children doxxed and protesters descending on their family home, as previously reported by the Gateway Pundit. He is set to step down from the agency at the end of May, even as the threats and harassment directed at ICE personnel highlight the growing danger faced by those who uphold the rule of law in an era of escalating anti-police extremism.
