Watch: Lara Trump Hints At Future Family Runs For OfficeAnd Democrats Are Panicking

Lara Trump is signaling that the Trump political dynasty may be only getting started, with multiple family members potentially eyeing future runs for office well beyond President Donald Trumps own campaigns.

Speaking on Miranda Devines Pod Force One podcast, the Fox News host and wife of Eric Trump suggested that many in the Trump family could soon step forward, a prospect that, according to Gateway Pundit, is likely to unsettle Democrats who had hoped the populist movement would fade after one political figure.

Lara Trump explained that her father-in-laws resilience and impact have been a powerful motivator, saying, I have looked at my father-in-law over the past eleven, almost twelve years now, and Ive watched the impact that hes been able to make in peoples lives and its amazing. Look, hes dealt with hell, right? He has gone through so much.

She added that his example has stirred something deeper within the entire family, noting, So its really inspired me, and I think its inspired everyone in our family, so much so that Id consider running for a possible Senate seat. So, I would never say never to anything.

Lara framed any potential run as a matter of providential timing rather than personal ambition, drawing a parallel to President Trumps long-considered decision to seek the White House. What I do feel like, and whether its for Donald Trump running, who thought about running for president for a long time before he actually did, or a Senate run, or whatever it might be for me or I think anyone in our family, I think the timing has to be right, and it didnt work out for me in 2022, it didnt work out for me in 2025. Just the timing had to be right, she said.

She made clear that the Trump familys experience in the political arena has only whetted their appetite for public service, not diminished it. I would say that at this point, weve all kind of dipped our toe in the water of politics enough to know that its something that I think possibly interests many of us in our family, and I know the Democrats would love to hear that, that it may not end just with Donald Trump, but I do think the timing has to be right for all of us, she said.

Devine pressed the issue of President Trumps role in encouraging a new generation of Trumps to step into the arena, asking, What does Donald Trump say about that? You know, does he encourage you to run for office? Does he encourage Eric or Don? Lara Trump responded that far from being a reluctant bystander, the president has been one of the strongest advocates for her political aspirations and would likely be just as supportive of his children.

I dont think I had a bigger champion in running for a Senate seat than my father-in-law, Lara Trump responded. In fact, so much so that he would call me multiple times a week with multiple people from different backgrounds to say, This person thinks youd be great. You gotta do it, she continued.

So he is absolutely a champion of mine, of Im sure any of the kids. He certainly would have their backs on it. But yeah, I think hes, you know, hes gonna cheer for all of us or any of us if the time came for whatever that might be, she added, underscoring the presidents commitment to nurturing conservative leadership within his own family.

Devine summed up the sentiment with a prediction many on the right would welcome and many on the left would dread: So we may see President Trump of the new generation, but which one it is is still to be filled out. Maybe all three!
