Minnesota Anti-ICE Protests Exposed As Testing Ground For Armed Left-Wing Insurgency, New Report Warns

Radical left-wing activists are increasingly embracing the prospect of armed militancy inside the United States, using recent anti-ICE demonstrations in Minnesota as a proving ground for more aggressive tactics, a new watchdog analysis warns.

According to Conservative Daily News, a Center for Security Policy report obtained by the Daily Caller News Foundation (DCNF) highlights the resurfacing of an anarchist manifesto that instructs followers on how to build an insurgency in the US and achieve complete annihilation of their political enemies.

The document, which has reappeared on radical blogs after its initial publication in October, aligns with other evidence that leftists are pushing toward long-term insurrectionist goals, with the author openly celebrating confrontations between protesters and federal agents in Minnesota, counterterrorism analyst Kyle Shideler found.

Despite potential ideological reservations in some quarters, while difficult to quantify, an observation of anarchist and anti-fascist social media accounts does seem to suggest that support for armed militancy has increased steadily, Shideler wrote in the report.

This support includes a growing cadre of firearms trainers and armed organizations [around the country] with an explicitly revolutionary leftist orientation. Following the assassination of Charlie Kirk and attacks on ICE detention centers and police, media interest in these armed groups has likewise risen.

Yet even as the manifesto praises escalating confrontation, its author derides ICE Watch surveillance groups and anti-Israel encampment protests as merely reactive, dismissing them as insufficient for the revolutionary aims of the movement. Instead, the writer outlines what Shideler describes as a way to win the war against humanity waged by the US government, including the seizure of American territory, a strategy he likens to the anti-ICE road blockades that have paralyzed parts of Minneapolis in recent days.

The author is ultimately unapologetic that the goal is to use force to seize and control territory in a balkanized United States, from which they will eliminate their political opponents, Shidelers report says. On the ground, Minnesota activists reportedly piled debris to obstruct traffic, ran license plate checks, and attempted to block ICE vehicles, even assaulting a DCNF reporter who was covering the unrest.

The manifesto leaves little doubt about whom it targets, branding conservatives as enemies to be neutralized rather than fellow citizens to be debated. The ideologically hardened right wingers are essentially enemy combatants, the document declares, adding, Whether they are currently active is not so much a question. If allowed to remain in a territory, they may be or could become agents of the counterinsurgent.

From there, the rhetoric escalates into open calls for political purging under the banner of abolition. They must be thoroughly disabled and removed from liberated territories, the author continues. It is important to begin considering how to deal with these factions from the perspective of an abolitionist movement. Complete annihilation is essential.
