Trumps 'Law-And-Order' FBI Just Dealt Latin Kings A Devastating Blow

Federal authorities have announced a sweeping crackdown on the notorious Latin Kings street gang, signaling an aggressive continuation of President Trumps law-and-order agenda against violent criminal networks.

According to Sean Hannity, the FBI revealed Friday that nearly 50 members and associates of the Latin Kings were taken into custody in a multi-state operation targeting gang violence, narcotics trafficking, and direct threats against police. As reported by Fox News, the three-month initiative, Operation Broken Crown, mobilized more than a dozen FBI field offices alongside federal, state, local, and tribal partners, underscoring the scale of the federal response to entrenched gang activity.

The bureau stated that since the operation launched in October, agents have seized more than a dozen firearms, close to $200,000 in illicit proceeds, and over 10 kilograms of narcotics, including cocaine and fentanyl. These results highlight a strategy that prioritizes dismantling criminal enterprises at their financial and logistical core rather than merely tallying arrests.

Under President Trumps and Attorney General Bondis leadership, this FBI is dismantling violent gang networks in America at a record clip breaking their operations and saving lives in the process, FBI Director Kash Patel said in a statement. In 2025, we saw a 210% increase in gang takedowns from MS-13 and Tren de Aragua, and now just weeks into 2026, were announcing another 3-month takedown operation.

The FBI reported that one Latin Kings member explicitly threatened a law enforcement officer in October 2025 and was later arrested, a reminder of the direct danger these gangs pose to those who protect the public. In Minnesota, an alleged Latin Kings member now faces charges of being a felon in possession of a firearm and theft of government property after allegedly breaking into an FBI vehicle and stealing a rifle, according to federal authorities.

Separately, FBI Indianapolis linked its investigation to a 21-year federal prison sentence this month after an alleged Latin Kings member pleaded guilty to meth distribution. And in Milwaukee, the FBIs Area Safe Streets Task Force executed residential search warrants in January, arresting four alleged members and seizing 10 firearms and more than $120,000 in illicit funds, with two additional arrests and more weapons later recovered, according to the FBI account.

For conservatives who have long argued that secure communities require robust enforcement and unapologetic support for law enforcement, Operation Broken Crown will be seen as further proof that a tough-on-crime posture delivers tangible results.

As the administration continues to prioritize the takedown of violent gangs like the Latin Kings, MS-13, and Tren de Aragua, the message is clear: under President Trump, federal power is being used not to coddle criminals, but to protect law-abiding citizens and restore order in communities plagued by cartel-style violence.
