According to the Daily Caller, the warning was delivered in a post on Trumps Truth Social account just as a U.S. aircraft carrier strike group steamed into the Middle East on Monday to bolster regional security and stability. The show of force comes on the heels of reports that thousands of Iranian civilians have been killed amid sweeping protests against the countrys hardline Islamic regime.
Trump described the U.S. naval presence as an Armada that is ready, willing, and able to rapidly fulfill its mission, with speed and violence, if necessary. He coupled that message of strength with a conditional offer of diplomacy, urging Tehran to step back from the nuclear brink.

On Jan. 13, he warned that the U.S. would take very strong action if Tehran carried out threats to execute detained demonstrators.
A day later, Trump said Washington had been informed that the executions had been halted and added he would be very upset if the regime resumed its crackdown. Irans top prosecutor, Mohammad Movahedi, publicly rejected that account, calling Trumps assertion that he stopped the hangings of 800 protesters completely false.
