Fox News is reportedly set to replace ousted Tucker Carlson with longtime host Sean Hannity in the 8 pm EST timeslot as the network reconfigures its evening lineup.

The move comes as Fox News aims to regain the trust of its viewers following Carlson's abrupt firing in April.

According to the Drudge Report, Hannity, who previously appeared after Carlson, will take over the coveted 8 pm EST slot. A source familiar with the matter informed the outlet that Fox's new evening crew is advertised as its "boldest and most fearless line-up ever."

Jesse Watters, who currently hosts Jesse Watters PrimeTime at 7 pm EST, and Greg Gutfeld, host of the 11 pm EST Gutfeld! The talk show will also be moving slots.

However, a Fox News spokesperson told Mediaite, "no decision has been made on a new primetime line-up, and there are multiple scenarios under consideration."
