As reported by Gateway Pundit, the congresswoman was asked, Do you think that you could beat J.D. Vance in a head-to-head race for President as polling suggests in 2028? Ocasio-Cortez responded with certainty, stating, Listen, these polls like three years out are what they are, but let the record show I would stomp him.
Her response was accompanied by what Johnson described as endless cackling, as she continued to laugh while departing the scene.
Ocasio-Cortez, a prominent figure within the Democratic Socialist movement, has been frequently mentioned as a potential contender for the 2028 presidential election. Although a recent poll indicates her leading in a hypothetical matchup against Vance, such early predictions are often unreliable.
