Explosive Report: Biden Officials Aware Mar-A-Lago Raid Was Illegal Before It Happened

In a controversial move under President Joe Biden's administration, a SWAT-style raid was executed on President Donald Trump's Mar-a-Lago residence in Florida.

This action has now come under scrutiny, with reports suggesting that the administration was aware that there was no legitimate basis for probable cause, thereby rendering the raid illegal.

According to WND, the Biden administration proceeded with the raid despite being informed of its illegality. This has led to expectations that Congress will respond to this apparent politicization and weaponization of the federal government against a political adversary.

Attorney General Pam Bondi and FBI Director Kash Patel are reported to possess documents that they are preparing to present to Congress. These documents allegedly contain "bombshell emails showing the FBI warned that the Biden Justice Department did not have probable cause to raid President Donald Trumps home at Mar-a-Lago, but prosecutors proceeded anyway," as per the report.

These revelations coincide with the anticipated congressional testimony of Jack Smith, the unsuccessful special prosecutor assigned to handle Democrat lawfare cases against Trump. Smith, who lost the cases when Trump was re-elected, is expected to provide insight into the lawfare.

"The memos show the FBIs Washington field office does not believe they established probable cause prior to raiding Trumps Florida home, according to one source with direct knowledge of the memos about to be turned over to Congress," Just the News confirmed.

The raid on Trump's residence became a contentious issue in the ongoing conflict between Trump and Biden. It led to indictments against Trump, which were later dismissed. During the raid, the FBI strategically placed government documents on the floor of Mar-a-Lago and released images, seemingly in an attempt to portray Trump as guilty.

Smith has been summoned by the House Judiciary Committee to deliver a closed-door deposition to provide evidence for the committees investigation of the weaponization of government.

Former Attorney General Merrick Garland has claimed that he personally authorized the raid. However, there have been ongoing discussions questioning the legitimacy of the raid. Patel has confirmed that the FBI had no valid reason to carry out the raid.

The report stated, If true, it means Bidens people did not only ignore the law and violate Trumps constitutional rights, but they knew they were violating the law and did it anyway.

The raid was reportedly conducted to locate classified documents that Trump allegedly failed to surrender at the end of his first term. Interestingly, classified documents were also discovered in Bidens garage and office, but a DOJ investigator found Biden is too senile to stand trial. Meanwhile, Jack Smith, the special counsel appointed by the Biden administration to investigate Trump, has been accused of attempting to undermine Trump, even challenging the Supreme Court to gain authorization to do so.

Smith is now expected to testify before Congress about his role in what many perceive to be a coup to prevent a political rival from being democratically elected by the will of the American people.
